Jacki Nicholas – Managing Partner
Jacki’s 20+ year career has spanned corporate finance, management consulting and human capital development. She brings these diverse ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ business experiences to her coaching, facilitation and supervision with balance, creativity and warmth. She is passionate about helping her clients connect with what truly defines them as professionals, leaders and individuals – and to translate this into pragmatic action and results.
Her clients are typically senior executives in Fortune 500 companies from diverse industries, such as banking, pharmaceutical, technology, financial services, manufacturing, services and the public sector. Her work has global reach with clients in Asia Pacific, the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa. She has been an executive coach with the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre since 2004, is adjunct faculty and coach at the Singapore Management University, and coaches executive postgraduate students at Tsinghua University, China. Jacki is a tutor with the Coaching Supervision Academy UK and Australasia.
Across her coaching, facilitation and consulting roles, Jacki works with leaders and their teams to transform them and their organisations in positive, sustainable ways, that speak to the heart of who they are and what they are there to achieve.
She began her career in corporate finance, working for Coopers & Lybrand and Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu in mergers & acquisitions, valuations and capital raising. At the Hay Group, she consulted in organisational development (OD), high performance behaviours and leadership for seven years. On moving to Asia in 1999 as an OD professional, Jacki established Deutsche Bank’s corporate university in Asia and led the function across 15 countries, providing services in training, leadership and talent management.
Jacki is a member of the Association of Coaching Supervisors (AOCS), International Coach Federation (ICF) and National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH). She served on ICF Singapore’s Executive Board from 2005 to 2007, and was President of the NLP Association (Singapore) in 2008 and 2009. She speaks and writes regularly on leadership and executive coaching in Asia Pacific and globally, and is a published author in both Asia and Europe. In 2008, she conducted the first global research into Group Executive Coaching.
She has a First Class Honours degree in Psychology, and post-graduate qualifications in Finance & Accounting and Change Management. She is a graduate of Coach University, a certified NLP Master Practitioner, a qualified consulting hypnotist, and is certified in a wide range of psychometric and 360° tools. She has a graduate diploma in Coaching Supervision from the Coaching Supervision Academy in UK and is one of the first two qualified supervisors in Asia.
