Survey of Influence Effectiveness (SIE)

SIE360° measures the ability to collaborate with and influence others by reviewing the appropriateness, frequency and effectiveness of different influence tactics, as well as an individual’s sources of power. It focuses on ten ethical and four unethical influence tactics.
